Calnex Solutions plc (AIM: CLX), an established provider of test and measurement solutions for the global telecommunications sector, announces that on 14 July 2021 Graeme Bissett, Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 98 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Graeme Bissett is interested in a total of 120,614 ordinary shares, representing 0.14 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
