Calnex Solutions plc (AIM: CLX), an established provided of test and
measurement solutions for the global telecommunications sector, is pleased to
confirm the following share purchases by directors of the Company.

o  Stephen Davidson, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 111 pence per share

o  Graeme Bissett, Non-executive Director, purchased 9,100 ordinary shares in
the Company at a price of 112 pence per share
