Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Calnex Solutions plc (AIM: CLX), a leading provider of test and measurement
solutions for the global telecommunications and cloud computing markets,
intends to announce its unaudited results for the six months ended 30
September 2024 on 19 November 2024 ("H1 FY25" or "the Period").

Analyst presentation

Tommy Cook, Chief Executive Officer, and Ashleigh Greenan, Chief Financial
Officer, will host a live presentation for analysts relating to the results
via Zoom on Tuesday 19 November 2024 at 10:00 GMT.

Investor Presentation

The Company will provide a live presentation relating to the interim results
via Investor Meet Company platform on Wednesday 20 November 2024 at 13:00
GMT.
