Notice of Results and Presentations

Calnex Solutions plc (AIM: CLX), a leading provider of test and measurement
solutions for the global telecommunications, cloud computing &
datacentres, and government & defence markets, intends to announce its
unaudited results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 on 18 November
2025.

Analyst presentation

Tommy Cook, Chief Executive Officer, and Ashleigh Greenan, Chief Financial
Officer, will host a live presentation for analysts relating to the results
via Zoom on Tuesday 18 November 2025 at 09:00 GMT.

Analysts wishing to attend the presentation should

Investor Presentation

The Company will provide a live presentation relating to the interim
results via Investor Meet Company on 19 November 2025 at 11:30 GMT.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential
