MILANO, April 29 (Reuters) - Leonardo Del Vecchio, one of
the top shareholders in Generali GASI.MI , voted in favour of
all items on the agenda at the insurer's annual general meeting
(AGM) on Thursday, a source close to the Italian billionaire
said.
Generali's AGM came under the spotlight after another
leading investor, Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone, decided to snub
the meeting in the first public sign of discontent with the
balance of power among shareholders, sources close to the matter
have said. urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL1N2ML19B
Del Vecchio too has been critical of some of Generali's
strategic moves in the past year.
