    The health of Italy's former Prime Minister Silvio
Berlusconi, hospitalised after contracting Covid-19, is

    Italy has appointed banks to handle the issue of a new
20-year BTP bond, the Treasury said in a statement on Monday.

    MEDIASET  MS.MI 
    The heads of Vivendi  VIV.PA  and Mediaset are expected to
resume contacts, two sources familiar with the matter said,
after a European court ruled in favour of the French media group
in a long-running dispute with the Italian

alliance deal that involves Mediaset's stake in Germany's

    An Italian administrative court has scheduled a hearing on
Dec. 16 to look into a request by Vivendi to annul a ruling by
Italy's communications watchdog forcing the French group to

    State-owned TV Rai is considering playing a part in plans to

has asked Caltagirone to help it ward off interest from French

    Three private equity groups have submitted final bids to

    The Italian utility said on Monday Italy's top
administrative court had upheld the appeals lodged by Unareti
and the city of Milan against a ruling which had resulted in the
cancellation of the award to Unareti of the tender for the
