Directorate Change
The Company is pleased to announce that Dipak Champaklal Pandya has joined the board as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Pursuant to the Share Subscription Agreement with Ventures Africa Ltd ("VAL"), as set out in the Company announcement on 16 February 2015, VAL is entitled to nominate 3 additional Directors and Dipak Pandya was nominated under this entitlement.
Dipak is a chartered accountant and has been the financial controller at Strauss Logistics Limited ("Strauss Logistics") since March 2007. Strauss Logistics is a fuel trading and distribution company active in central and southern Africa. Prior to this, Dipak was the financial controller at Playwize Plc, a computer software development company.
The names of all companies of which Dipak, aged 56, has been a director at any time in the previous five years are set out below:
