Profile Summary

Cambria Africa Plc is an investment company. The Company has a portfolio of investments in Zimbabwe. The Company’s primary investment objective is to offer shareholders long-term capital appreciation. It operates through three segments: Fintech, Industrial chemicals and Head office. The Fintech segment includes payments systems and business process outsourcing and payroll services. The Industrial chemicals segment includes the manufacture of sanitizers through a joint venture arrangement. It offers investments in the tourism, accommodation, infrastructure, transport, commercial and residential property, technology, communications, manufacturing, retail, services, leisure, agricultural and natural resources sectors. It also offers investments in businesses outside Zimbabwe and the countries surrounding Zimbabwe, as well as the remainder of Sub-Saharan Africa. The Company’s subsidiaries include African Solutions Limited, LonZim Holdings Limited, Autopay (Pvt) Limited and others.
