Result of AGM and Board Changes
 
Cambridge Cognition, which develops and markets digital solutions to assess brain health, held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today at the registered office of the Company; Tunbridge Court, Tunbridge Lane, Bottisham, Cambridge, CB25 9TU. All resolutions put to the AGM were duly passed. The votes received in respect of each resolution were as follows:

Confirmation of Board Changes
 
As notified in January 2021, Nicholas Walters resigned as a Director with effect from the end of the AGM. Nick has been a member of the Board for seven years and until January this year was Chief Financial Officer. Both the Company and the Board are grateful for his support over this time and wish him well for the future.
 
As announced on 19 January 2021 the Company appointed Michael (Mick) Holton as Chief Financial Officer, effective from that date.  It is anticipated that Mick will shortly join the Company's Board and a further announcement will be made as appropriate.
