("Cambridge Cognition" or the "Company")

Result of AGM

 

Cambridge Cognition, which develops and markets digital solutions to assess
brain health, held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today at the
registered office of the Company; Tunbridge Court, Tunbridge Lane, Bottisham,
Cambridge, CB25 9TU. Resolutions 1 to 6 put to the AGM were duly passed and
resolution 7 was not passed.

 

Proxy votes were received in respect of approximately 34% of the Company's
issued share capital and the proxy votes received in respect of each
resolution were as follows:
