Result of AGM

 

Cambridge Cognition, which develops and markets digital solutions to assess
brain health, held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today at the
registered office of the Company; Tunbridge Court, Tunbridge Lane, Bottisham,
Cambridge, CB25 9TU and announces that all resolutions put forward were duly
passed.

 

Proxy votes were received in respect of approximately 48% of the Company's
issued share capital and the votes cast were as follows:
