CNSL (AIM: CNSL), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on delivering a personalised approach to nutrition for better health, confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') has been finalised along with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025. The Company's AGM will be held on Thursday 25 September 2025 at 3.00pm at E-space North, 181 Wisbech, Littleport, Ely, CB6 1RA.

The Annual Report will be posted to shareholders next week and will shortly be made available on the Company's website at:
