Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Omega (AIM: ODX), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on
promoting a personalised and functional approach to health and nutrition,
announces that on 26 January 2023 it received notification that Jag Grewal,
Chief Executive Officer, and Chris Lea, Chief Financial Officer, had each
purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), at a price of 3.4839 pence each.
