Omega (AIM: ODX), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on
industry-leading Health and Nutrition products, announces that on 14 August
2023 it received notification that Jag Grewal, Chief Executive Officer, had
purchased 296,009 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), at a price of 2.70 pence each.
