CNS (AIM: CNSL), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on
promoting a personalised and functional approach to health and
nutrition, announces that it has received notification that Carolyn Rand,
Non-Executive Chair of the Company, has purchased 97,500 ordinary shares of 4
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 January 2025, at a price
of 3.668 pence each.
