Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

CNS (AIM: CNSL), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on
promoting a personalised and functional approach to health and
nutrition, announces that it has received notification that Carolyn Rand,
Non-Executive Chair of the Company, has purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 4
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 2.32
pence each. Jeremy Millard, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has also
purchased 168,776 Ordinary Shares in the Company, at a price of 2.37 pence
each.
