Cambridge Nutritional Sciences plc (AIM:CNSL), the specialist medical
diagnostics company focused on industry-leading Health and Nutrition products,
announces that James Cooper, currently Chief Operating Officer, has been
appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of CNSL with immediate effect.
After two years as CEO, and thirteen years with the Company, Jag Grewal has
tendered his resignation and stepped down from the Board with immediate
effect.

 

Jag will continue to work with the Board to effect an orderly handover.

 

In his brief tenure as COO, James has demonstrated a wide range of operational
and management skills and the Board is confident he will be a very capable
interim CEO.

and has managed the business extremely well as CNSL has transitioned away from
infectious disease diagnostics.   I would also like to extend my sincere
thanks to Jag for the huge role he has played in the foundation and
