Possible sale of Bangladesh associate companies

 

Camellia notes the announcements made on the Dhaka Stock Exchange by United
Finance Limited and United Insurance Company Limited, Camellia's Bangladesh
listed associate companies operating in the finance and insurance sectors.
Camellia confirms that certain of its subsidiaries have agreed in principle to
sell their entire holdings in United Finance Limited (38.4% ownership) and
United Insurance Company Limited (37% ownership) by way of block trades on the
Dhaka Stock Exchange, subject to, inter alia, receipt of required regulatory
approvals in Bangladesh.
