Revocation Order

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has made a Revocation Order under
section 72(4) of the Enterprise Act 2002 in relation to the completed
acquisition by HSH Cold Stores Limited, part of Constellation Cold Logistics,
of Associated Cold Stores & Transport Limited. This Order revokes the
initial enforcement order that the CMA imposed on 17 March 2023 and is without
prejudice to the CMA's ongoing investigation into the acquisition.

The text of the Revocation Order will be placed on the CMA's website at
http://www.gov.uk/cma (http://www.gov.uk/cma) as soon as is reasonably
