India New Issue-Can Fin Homes to issue over three-year bonds - bankers
MUMBAI, Feb 21 (Reuters) - India's Can Fin Homes CNFH.NS plans to raise 10 billion
rupees ($120.65 million), which includes 4 billion rupees of a greenshoe option, through the
sale of bonds maturing in three years and three months, three merchant bankers said on
Wednesday.
The non-banking financial company will pay an annual coupon of 8.25% on this issue, and has
invited bids from bankers and investors on Thursday, they said.
