announce affordable housing scheme in upcoming budget, says
likely will lift growth in affordable housing loans 
    ** Brokerage sees Aavas Financiers  AVAS.NS  and Home First
Finance Co India  HOME.NS  as direct beneficiaries 
    ** AVAS, HOME add 5.4% each on the day 
    ** Brokerage prefers Can Fin Homes  CNFH.NS  over LIC
Housing Finance  LICH.NS  among larger players
    ** CNFH and LICH up 2.3% and 4.3%, respectively
