NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING         
                MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS                

TORONTO, November 9, 2015 - Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. (the "Company")
announces that on November 6, 2015, the Company was notified, in accordance
with DTR 3.1.2 R, that common shares were acquired by the following persons
discharging managerial responsibilities pursuant to the vesting of restricted
stock units under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. Common shares were
also sold to cover tax liabilities.
