NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING

TORONTO, January 12, 2016 - Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. (the "Company")
announces that on January 11, 2016, the Company was notified, in accordance
with DTR 3.1.2 R, that common shares were acquired by the following persons
discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) pursuant to the reinvestment in
the form of additional common shares of the cash dividends on common shares
held under the Company's employee stock purchase plan or long term incentive
plan for the calendar year 2015.
