 Director/PDMR shareholding
Michelmersh Brick Holdings Plc (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer, was notified that Mr Tony Morris, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has acquired 22,658 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 
Following the acquisition, Mr Morris's beneficial interest in the Company is 22,658 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
