and clean air technology company, announces, further to the Placing and

Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the
"Rules") provision 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market that
following Admission on 21 March 2022 its issued share capital will consist of
22,828,023 Common Shares of US$0.025 each.

Shareholders should use 22,828,023 as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.

Terms and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as
ascribed to them in the Placing and Subscription Announcement released at 7:00
a.m. on 11 March 2022, unless the context requires otherwise.
