** U.S.-listed shares of renewable energy company Canadian Solar CSIQ.O up ~3% at $28.29 premarket

** Company's subsidiary, Recurrent Energy, secures development consent order for the Tillbridge Solar and Battery Storage project in the UK

** The project will combine 800 megawatt (MW) of solar photovoltaic with 500 MW / 1,000 megawatt-hour (MWh) of battery storage

** The facility is expected to generate about 857.6 GWh of clean electricity annually

** As of last close, CSIQ up ~148% YTD
