acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on
Thursday: 
    ** Berry Corp  BRY.O  is exploring strategic options that
could result in a sale of the California-focused oil producer,

    ** Elon Musk requested a judge stay his litigation with
Twitter Inc  TWTR.N  pending the receipt of financing for the
$44 billion deal, which he said is expected to close on or

    ** U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Energy and Commerce

    ** Greece's privatisations agency named an Italian-led
consortium as preferred bidder in the sale of a majority stake

        ** Britain's competition regulator said Viasat's $7.3
billion takeover of satellite rival Inmarsat could hamper
competition and lead to airlines facing higher prices for

        ** Indian cosmetics and fashion retailer Nykaa and
Dubai-based lifestyle and fashion conglomerate Apparel Group
have struck an alliance to expand in the Gulf region, the

sell its famed Savoy Hotel, located on Paradeplatz in the centre

Zambia's Mopani Copper Mines, the mine and smelter complex
