Cancom seen up after share buyback announcement

**  Shares in Cancom COKG.DE are seen up 4.4% premarket after the German medical technology firm announced a share buyback of up to 10% of its share capital

** "Good size, positive," a local trader says

** Cancom said on Tuesday it would buy up to 3.15 million treasury shares

** The price per share may not differ by more than 10% from the mean of the closing prices of Cancom's shares on the last three trading days before the acquisition, the company said
