The benchmark S&P 500 and the tech-heavy Nasdaq fell on Thursday as the 10-year
Treasury yield held above 4% following hotter-than-expected labor market data,
while strong results from software company Salesforce boosted the blue-chip
Dow. .N 
    
    At 13:42 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.52% at
32,830.07. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.05% at 3,953.51 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was down 0.19% at 11,358.417.
