** HK shares of CanSino Biologics 6185.HK jump 6.6% to HK$40.5, highest since February 28

** Shanghai-listed stock 688185.SS rises 4.3% to 65.5 yuan, highest since March 3

** Chinese clinical-stage vaccine producer's Recombinant Trivalent Poliomyelitis Vaccine, produced through protein structure design and virus-like particle (VLP) assembly technology, gets clinical trial approval in China

** Co says vaccine contains no viral genetic material and does not rely on live virus during manufacturing, testing processes

** Adds non-infectious polio VLP-based vaccines recommended by WHO as one of the preferred vaccines for polio in the future

** YTD, HK stock gains 25.7%, Shanghai shares up 6.2%
