    ** China's National Health Commission (NHC) said on
Wednesday it will roll out second COVID-19 vaccine booster shots
for high-risk groups and elderly people over 60 years old

    ** As of last close, the Hong Kong-listed stock had dropped
52.8% this year and the Shanghai shares had fallen 38%
