Hillstream BioPharma rises on cancer technology licensing

** Shares of Hillstream BioPharma Inc  HILS.O  rise 8.2% to
$1.72 premarket
    ** Co signs exclusive option agreement with research
organization Applied Biomedical Science Institute (ABSI) to
license cancer technology to develop therapies targeting human
epidermal growth factor 2, HER2, and HER3 proteins expressed in
various drug resistant cancers   
    ** ABSI's technology targets unique antibody binding sites
on the surface of HER2 and HER3 -HILS  
    ** The deal allows HILS to build its own antibody platform
to advance drugs with HER2 and HER3 agents targeting highly
aggressive drug resistant advanced tumors - HILS
    ** Up to last close, stock fell ~60.3% in the past 12 months
