    ** Co signs exclusive option agreement with Dana-Farber
Cancer Institute to license technology targeting the MUC1-C
oncoprotein
    ** The MUC1 gene was identified by the institute as a cancer
promoting gene under certain conditions
    ** Under the agreement, co can use certain proprietary
technologies of the cancer institute to develop antibodies
targeting the MUC1 gene, which could be effective against a
number of drug resistant cancers
    ** Stock has declined 82% in last 12 months
