Change of Broker and Update
Further to its announcement of 1(st) November 2022 regarding the suspension of
the company's shares from trading, Dukemount has appointed Peterhouse Capital
Limited as its sole broker.
This change has been undertaken to assist the company to negotiate its way
through its current audit process and speed up its route back to trading on
the standard list. The Company is working with its auditors and funders to
complete the audit as quickly as possible so that it can apply to for its
shares to be allowed to resume trading.
