** Shares of diagnostics firm OpGen Inc  OPGN.O  down 15.4%
at $1.2 premarket 
    ** OPGN posted bigger-than-expected Q4 adjusted loss of
$3.87​​ per/share late on Wednesday
    ** Q4 rev fell 49.4% to $721.63 thousand vs $1.4 mln
recorded from year-ago quarter
    ** Sees 2023 global revenues from products, services and
collaborations to be in range of nearly $4 mln to $5 mln 
    ** Cash and cash equivalents as of December 31, 2022, were
about $7.4 mln - a decrease compared to the balance of $36.1 mln
on December 31, 2021 
    ** As of last close, stock had fallen 51.8% YTD
