OpGen Inc rises on distribution agreement for diagnostic tests

** Shares of diagnostic firm OpGen Inc  OPGN.O  rise 11.42%
to $1.16, after the bell
    ** Co enters into non-exclusive distribution agreement with
Fisher Healthcare, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific  TMO.N  
    ** The agreement is for distribution of co's Unyvero A50
platform and in vitro diagnostic tests for bacterial pneumonia
and its research use only test for urinary tract infection
    ** Under the distribution agreement, Fisher Healthcare will
have access to Unyvero A50 platform and products to distribute
and sell to hospitals and laboratories across the U.S.
    ** Stock down ~62% YTD
