    ** Co says its German unit Curetis met all key milestones
under the initial R&D collaboration agreement with FIND, a
non-profit organization that helps develop diagnostics
    ** OPGN to get about $0.3 mln milestone payment on
completion of deliverables
    ** Collaboration was to develop a prototype of Unyvero A30
panel—a platform to deliver fully automated rapid-testing
results—that meets accuracy needs of low- and middle-income
countries
    ** As of last close, OPGN was down ~71%
