U.S. stocks were set to open higher on Thursday as fears of a banking crisis
eased, while investor focus turned to key consumer spending data for cues on the
Federal Reserve's policy path.   .N 
    
    At 09:04 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.59% at 33,098. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.62% at 4,082.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.64%
at 13,047.5.
