U.S. stock index futures rose on Thursday as fears of a banking crisis eased,
while investor focus turned to key consumer spending data for cues on the
Federal Reserve's policy path.  .N 
    
    At 7:45 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.60% at 33,100. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.56% at 4,080.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.52%
at 13,032.75.
