30 April 2025

CAP-XX Limited

("CAP-XX" or the "Company")

Change of Auditor

CAP-XX Limited (LON: CPX), a global leader in the design and manufacture of
supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces that it has appointed
SW Audit as the Company's auditor. SW Audit is an independent member of
ShineWing International Limited, the global accounting and advisory network,
with over 100 offices across 21 regions.

The Company's audit was put out to tender and following a competitive process
where tenders were evaluated on their merits, the Board decided to engage SW
Audit as it believes it best suits the Company's current status and future
prospects.

The appointment follows the receipt of consent from the Australian Securities
and Investment Commission ("ASIC") to the resignation of the incumbent
auditor, BDO Audit Pty Ltd, which is a requirement of the Australian
Corporations Act 2001.

About CAP-XX

supercapacitors and energy management systems used in portable and small-scale
electronic devices, and to an increasing extent, in larger applications such
as automotive and renewable energy. The unique feature of CAP-XX
supercapacitors is their very high-power density and high energy storage
capacity in a space-efficient prismatic package. These attributes are
essential in power-hungry consumer and industrial electronics and deliver
