Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

CAP-XX Limited (AIM: CPX), a world leader in supercapacitor technology and
energy storage solutions, announces that, on 7 November 2025, Dr Graham
Cooley, Non-Executive Chairman, bought 24,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.265 pence per Ordinary
Share.

Following the above purchase, Dr Graham Cooley now has a total beneficial
interest in 603,003,400 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 10.41 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The FCA notification in relation to the above and made in accordance with the
requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation is appended further below.
