Exercise of employee share options
Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
CAP-XX Limited, a world leader in the design and manufacture of thin, flat supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces that certain of its directors and employees have today exercised a total of 14,688,272 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company. Included within this number are options exercised by Mr Patrick Elliott, Non Executive Chairman, Mr Bruce Grey, Non Executive Director, Mr Anthony Kongats, Chief Executive Officer, Pierre Mars, Vice President of Quality and Applications, Mr Mike Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, Dr Alex Bilyk, Vice President of Research & Development and Mr Song Hee Lau, Sales Manager Asia Pacific, who are considered to be persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs). The list of PDMRs who have exercised options to subscribe for new ordinary shares, all of which had an exercise price of 5 pence per ordinary share, are as follows :-

Pursuant to these exercises of options, CAP-XX has made an application for a total of 14,688,272 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "New Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. Trading in the New Shares is expected be become effective on 15 December 2020.
Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company will have a total of 456,804,083 ordinary shares in issue. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 456,804,803 which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
