    * Raises 14.2 million euros in private bond placement 
    * First tranche consists of 7.2 million euros, maturing on 
June 18, 2020 with an annual interest rate of 6.75 percent 
    * Second tranche consists of 7.0 million euros, maturing on 
Dec. 18, 2021 with an annual interest rate of 7.20 percent
