Purchase of shares by Adolfo Hernandez, Chief Executive Officer

The Company has been advised that Adolfo Hernandez, Chief Executive Officer
purchased 34,540 Ordinary Shares of 31p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") on 13 March 2026 for total consideration of c.£97,400, as detailed
below.

Following the purchase, Adolfo Hernandez has a total of 663,879 Ordinary
Shares representing 0.55% of the Company’s issued share capital.
