CORRECTION: Veritas Funds PLC - Holding(s) in Company

Capita plc (the “Company”) has received notification from Veritas Funds
PLC (“Veritas”) that it has provided the Company with incorrect
information regarding its shareholding in the Company. Veritas has confirmed
that it currently owns 3.8% of the Company’s issued share capital. The
“Holding(s) in Company” announcements made by the Company on 27 October
2016 at 16:05, 8 December 2016 at 16:34 and 6 March 2017 at 16:10 were
incorrect and should be disregarded. Veritas crossed the 3% notification
threshold on 22 November 2016 as disclosed below.
