 * Says consideration payable by the company to the vendors pursuant to the acquisition agreement is US$230 million 
 * Agreement to acquire the sale shares, being 51% of the issued share capital 
of the target company 
 * Application has been made to stock exchange for resumption of trading in 
shares with effect from 9 : 00 a.m. on 27 November 
 * Capital environment holdings says company entered into the acquisition 
agreement with the vendors to acquire the sale shares
