Capital & Regional dips as Praxis Group walks away from making a bid

Capital & Regional  CAL.L  fall 10.1% to 62 pence, lowest since
July 3
    ** Praxis Group, a specialist manager of shopping centres in
the UK, confirms it does not intend to make an offer for Capital
& Regional
    ** Praxis in July said it was in the early stages of
considering whether to make a cash offer for CAL
    ** Shares were up 7.6% this year as of last close since
