Praxis group considers possible offer for UK's Capital & Regional

July 19 (Reuters) - Praxis Group said on Friday it was
in the early stages of considering whether to make a cash offer
for British property real estate investment trust Capital &
Regional CAL.L .
Praxis, a specialist manager of shopping centres in the UK,
did not disclose any financial details.
