** Stock at its highest level since July 31

** The automotive tech platform posts full-year 2025 proforma revenue of A$1.14 billion ($742.82 million), 12% increase compared with prior year

** Co declares 40% franked final dividend declared of 41.5 Australian cents per share

** Sees FY26 adjusted NPAT growth of 9-13% in constant currency

** Stock up 4.8%, YTD
