** Shares of REA Group REA.AX rise as much as 5% to A$262.780, their highest level since February 20

** REA is among top performers in the benchmark ASX200 .AXJO index, which is flat

** The News Corp-backed property listings firm names Cameron McIntyre as CEO

** McIntyre, a digital marketplaces veteran, has previously led CAR Group CAR.AX as CEO for 9 years - Co

** Jarden earlier this month had highlighted REA's commitment to announce the appointment in the name next month

** Stock set for its fourth consecutive session of gains, if current trend holds

** YTD, REA stock up 11.2%, outperforming AXJO's gains of 9.6%
